Hello! My name is Scott Rusin MPT, CSCS and I reside in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. I've been a physical therapist for several years now, graduating from the Medical College of Georgia in 2006. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. My hometown is Buffalo, NY where I started at the State University of New York at Buffalo before transferring to South Carolina.
I've gained valuable knowledge in my travels and feel the urge to help others achieve better health, both mental and physical.
